Alexa's First Birthday Party!!

Alexa had her first birthday party on Saturday June 27th and it was a blast!! I'm posting a slideshow with all the pics from her party as well as a description of the party so I don't have to write it twice. Happy Birthday to ALEXA!! We love you!!!!!

A Walkin Girl

Alexa started took her first steps just last week! She prefers crawling to get around, but she definitely loves to try and walk. She can take about 5-7 steps at a time then loses her balance, but thats okay, thats what practice is for! :o) I will hopefully put a video up soon so you can all see how cute she is when she "toddles". I just cant believe my baby girl is walking already AND her FIRST birthday is coming up next week! CRAZY!


I finally got a little snippet of Alexa walking...(please excuse the mess, this was taken shortly after the party and our house is a total mess!!) and Sorry it's sideways, I can't seem to flip it upright :o(

I love Summer!

I love the summer-time! It's getting very warm, (and humid) outside which makes me want to be outside all day! Our friends bought their daughter a baby pool, which Alexa LOVES!! It can have plastic balls inside, or it can be filled with water outside, and they have invited us over a few times to play in it. Lexa loves water, whether its in the bath, or in a pool, or even in the toilet :o/ she loves to splash in water! Today Alexa and I went to a little splash park with our friends Liz, and Maddy. The water was very COLD, but that didnt seem to stop Lex from enjoying herself.
